That's exactly what we provide - a home away from home. Almost everything that you need to inclusive of a butler and babysitter can be arranged to make your stay comfortable.

Great Location

The famed Mount Lavinia beach is just 20 meters from the house and you can easily access the beach bars and restaurants within minitues. Super markets, fast food restaurants, bus and rail stops are walking distance from the house.

Flexible Check Out

We understand that your travel plans require some degree of flexibility so we do not enforce a strict check out policy. Depending on our availability we would be happy to let you have a late check out.

Family Friendly

Travelling with kids is always a challenge so we make sure that the house has enough things to keep them occupied. A large garden provides for an outdoor play area.
  • The room was superb and very cosy with A/C and ceiling fan. The adjacent washroom was fantastic with plenty of hot water. The bathroom has Italian fittings and is very modern with a rainwater shower.
